The Untitled Workshop Series is back!
It's pretty simple: Meet awesome artists. Learn from your peers. Dance and be happy. Leave the studio with a few new drinking/brunching/dancing/lounging buddies.

Schedule: Wednesdays from 7-9

Teaching - Gloria Mwez
Style - TBD
Difficulty - Whatever you make of it, but generally intermediate. 
Cost - Suggested $10 (It's a sincere "pay what you can" not that insincere "pay what you can" at street festivals)

Breakdancing workshop this Saturday 1:00-2:15

 

This Saturday's  community dance class will be BREAKDANCING, taught by guest artist Eric Sarb. 
1-2:15pm at Green Bean Day School (2220 N Elston ave, Chicago, IL 60614); no dancing experience required; donations accepted.

This B-boy/B-girl workshop will begin with a brief historical introduction to the dance form that became known as breakdancing from its inception to its contemporary status. The workshop will cover the fundamentals of breaking and no prior experience in dance or breakdance is required. Donation based, anything is appreciated but not required, the more the merrier!

Eric has been breaking for 7 years and started with Michigan State University's breakdance club; he has competed in battles in Michigan, Illinois, and South Korea.
